VINIFICATION

Rosé wine is obtained by bleeding red wine vats; a small portion (8 to 10%) of the juice is collected after a night of maceration with the grapes. This very short time allows it to acquire its pale pink color without becoming loaded with tannin.

TASTING NOTES

It offers a clear color with a beautiful shine. Its intense aromas and roundness in the mouth will pair admirably with all summer starters as well as charcuterie, grilled meats, and meats.
