A blend of Duras, Braucol and Syrah — the emblematic grape varieties of the Gaillac terroir, grown organically at Domaine de Labarthe, a family estate since 1550.
TASTING NOTES
After aeration, this organic AOC Gaillac red wine releases aromas of ripe red fruits — cherry, blackcurrant — wrapped in subtle vanilla and oak notes. On the palate it is round and generous, with fine integrated tannins and impressive length. A wine of real character, the fruit of five centuries of family winegrowing.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with grilled red meats, duck confit or aged South-West French cheeses. Serve between 16°C and 18°C (61-64°F).
