VINIFICATION

A short aging on fine lees and early bottling allow this wine to retain fine bubbles (pearls). They give it a sensation of freshness that makes this white wine so charming.

TASTING NOTES

Pale gold with slightly green highlights, this wine offers a fruity and fresh nose. The fine pearls will preserve the sensation of freshness and exacerbate the natural aromas of Loin de l'Oeil and Sauvignon.

Best drunk very cold, it is an excellent wine for aperitifs and seafood.
