Gigondas "Les Bergines" - Côtes du Rhône AOC - ORGANIC - Domaine La Ligière

This red wine with the Gigondas protected designation of origin is made from a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Mourvèdre.
It is in the Rhône Valley that this pleasure wine is produced, harvested by hand, not destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, macerated for 4/5 weeks. This wine is unfined and unfiltered, then aged in barrels of at least 3 years for 5 months.
True to its name, the Gigondas "Les Bergines" seduces with its dark red color. Very fragrant with intense red fruits, spicy, with a fleshy and smooth attack on the palate, a long finish on supple tannins with notes of licorice and toast.
