VINIFICATION AGING

The grapes are hand-picked and hand-picked, then raisined on the vine. Slow fermentation in oak barrels preserves the richness and fruitiness of the wine. It will then reveal candied and raisiny notes when tasted.

TASTING NOTES

White wine, bright golden color, watery.

Intense and fruity nose with candied, honeyed notes, raisins, dried apricots.

Full, fruity, candied mouth, good alcohol-sugar balance, good length.

SOMMELIER'S ADVICE

Serve very cold (7 to 8°).

DURATION OF CARE

8 to 10 years old.
