Description: Red wine from Cabernet Franc vines grown organically on clay-limestone soil. Harvested by hand; the cuvée is produced using carbonic maceration for maximum fruitiness.
Tasting: A delicious nose of blackcurrant, blackberry, and floral notes. A fresh palate with supple tannins; the aromas of the nose resonate on the palate. A delightful cuvée to enjoy with poultry, cheese, or as an aperitif.
