Rosé AOC Côtes de Provence - Domaine du Paternel

The two grape varieties that make up this rosé are planted mostly on large expanses of clay-limestone soils that favor constant sunshine. The first grapes to be harvested at full maturity are the Grenaches. The Cinsaults will follow two weeks later. They will be cooled and destemmed before direct pressing, which allows the wine to obtain a subtle pink color. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats. Each grape variety is vinified separately and then blended at the end of the year.
