A forgotten and very old white grape variety from our vineyard, it is only cultivated on a handful of hectares in the world.

In local archives it was called "fire wine".

With a beautiful aromatic intensity, it offers a dense and deep substance in the mouth,

with citrus and pear flavors, enhanced with spicy notes.
