TASTING NOTES

It's in the cool of early morning that we harvest our Muscat plots at their peak maturity. A cold pre-fermentation maceration and low-temperature fermentation reveal all the aromas of this grape variety (lychees, apricots, and white flowers). We stop fermentation before it's complete to preserve a little of the grapes' sugar. Our desire to add nothing makes Fleurs des Coteaux a pleasurable wine, naturally sweet and fruity.

Ideal for aperitifs, it will also accompany tapas, starters, fruit salads, desserts and some dare to serve it with foie gras...
