Braucol: 100% (typical grape variety of the Gaillac appellation).

VINIFICATION AGING

The destemmed Braucol grapes are placed in vats for fermentation followed by a 4-week maceration. During devatting, this harvest is brought
without being pressed by an artisan distiller who has perfectly mastered the secrets of a beautiful distillation.

TASTING NOTES

Fine and balanced, this refined eau de vie combines power, richness and roundness.
It combines a delicately floral nose with the subtle and characteristic flavors of Braucol.
