Braucol: 100% (typical grape variety of the Gaillac appellation).

VINIFICATION AGING

The destemmed Braucol grapes are placed in vats for fermentation followed by a 4-week maceration. During devatting, this harvest is brought
without being pressed by an artisan distiller who has perfectly mastered the secrets of a beautiful distillation.
